Our Therapist
With firm roots in the Christian faith, Linda Yearout, LCMFT, believes all denominations of the Christian faith are united in Christ through Him. All cultures and religions are respected, as Christ taught us to love one another as we love ourselves (Matthew 22:29), to be good managers of the gifts He gives us (1 Peter 4:10), and to be servants to Him through service to one another.
Linda Yearout is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist offering counseling services to families and clients of all ages. She has been in the field of mental health since 1993, offering Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. She has served as the Children’s Director in Community Mental Health, and developed treatment programming for severely emotionally disturbed youth. Following God’s calling to provide therapy with an emphasis in Christian faith, she opened Hope’s Place in Wichita, KS in 2008. Linda Yearout has a solid Background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression and anxiety. She has been an athlete for over 30 years, competing at the Nationals level as a Senior athlete in 2019.

Education:
- Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology, graduated with Honors.
- Friends University
- Earned a Masters Degree in Family Therapy in 2000.
